Pet Aid (Lanarkshire)

  • VO99455

Description

We need your help to coordinate our Pet Aid initiative, which is now serving over 50 foodbanks across Scotland. You may be helping to pick up donations from local collection points, sort and store donations and prepare Pet Aid crates in one of our animal rescue and rehoming centres/storage facilities, or deliver items to participating foodbanks in your area.

At this difficult time of cost of living increases, you can help us succeed in providing food and other items to those most in need, making sure those struggling to pay the bills and making use of foodbanks across the country for their families, never have to be separated from their beloved pets for financial reasons.

Note: You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to undertake this role. Fuel expenses will be reimbursed at the rate of 45p per mile, and in line with our Reimbursement of Volunteer Expenses Policy. You will also need a smart phone capable of running Telegram in order to communicate with our staff team.
