As a Youth Worker, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the holistic development of young people from diverse cultural backgrounds aged 10-18. Beyond engaging in activities on Thursdays and Fridays, this role is distinguished by a strong human rights focus, committed to upholding the Convention on the Rights of the Child. In addition to promoting cultural integration, you will have a hands-on role in coordinating activities.
Offers practical, emotional and integration support predominantly to families of African heritage but also supports a huge base of people from multi ethnic backgrounds.

Travel details: 73 Boswall Pkwy, Edinburgh EH5 2PW. The Youth Group regularly takes place at the address provided. However, it may be subject to change week by week, for different outings with the group. You will be informed well in advance of this, and can contact us with any queries.

Training details: You will be volunteering alongside our trained youth workers, who will give you a full induction and training surrounding what is expected of you and the basics of safeguarding.
