A caseworker is someone who carries out work for the Royal Air Force Association on a voluntary basis by gathering information, asking questions and completing necessary forms and by doing so, you will make a real difference difference. You will also work closely with the Area Welfare Officer to complete each case successfully.

Whats in it for you?
The Association provides a Tutor-led online training course that upon completion of the training course, you will achieve a Level 2 Information and Advice qualification accredited through the AIM Qualification and Assessment Group. Further/refresher training is also available.

The RAF Association is one of the oldest military charities. We offer support to an RAF community of one million people. We provide life changing help and support to serving personnel, veterans and their families.

Age 18 and over.
Experience required: Patience and Empathy Capability of working with a wide variety of people. A good listener Ability to maintain boundaries Reliability Good IT skills Confidentiality
Travel details: The opportunity is home based but access to a vehicle would be useful as a caseworker may be asked to visit a beneficiary.
