Description

Clean, maintain and service our mobility aids equipment. Assist with loading/unloading of wheelchairs for delivery/collection. Complete paperwork relating to the movement of stock. Update wheelchair records using our ELMS system.

Restrictions

Must be able to lift a 21 kg wheelchair.
Experience required: None - all training will be given.
Minimum age: 16

Expenses details: Will pay bus fares or mileage at 45p per mile.
Taster available: Yes
Taster details: Opportunity to shadow prior to completion of application.
Training details: 2 hour e-learning on British Red Cross BSC manual handling and lifting at height.
Support: Wheelchair Access/Disabled Access Toilet
