Administration assistant required for various duties at PDSA shop in Galashiels.
Process Gift Aid returns to PDSA Head Office. Complete banking paperwork and bank monies as and when required. Manage new goods deliveries ensuring paperwork is completed reporting damages or shortages. Carry out stock takes.Order shop consumables. Support the management team with volunteer recruitment and PR requests. Compliance with our policies and procedures including health and safety and data protection.
