Description

We are looking for new volunteers both male and female to help restart our Scout Troop. The Scout Troop will be part of an active Scout Group - together with Beavers (ages 6-8) and Cubs (ages 8-10) ensuring a regular stream of new entrants. We plan to meet regularly on a Friday evening, but will also take part in various activities involving other Scout Troops including Swimming and Camping Competitions, indoor football and "Unihoc". The Aim of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

Restrictions

Experience required: Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and teach new skills
Travel details: We have a weekly meeting on a Friday evening between 19.30 and 21.00 using the hall at Stockbridge Primary School, Hamilton Place.
Minimum age: 18
