We are looking for friendly, outgoing and organised volunteers. This opportunity would suit people who enjoy talking to others, are able to listen and have a couple of hours free each week/fortnight that they could spend talking to an older person.
Food Train provides a range of services, delivered by volunteers, to older people in Scotland including grocery shopping home deliveries, household support services and befriending services.
