We all need to stay at home to protect ourselves and others. However, those who are well and not at risk can provide essential support for their family, friends and neighbours who cannot leave the house.

Cooking Skills Mentor

  • VO66859

Description

We are looking for a Cooking Skills Mentor whose role is to encourage others to learn cooking skills and help reduce food waste. Ideally we would like someone who likes to instruct others, someone who can create nutritious food and can pass the skills on to others who are interested in learning how to cook. We are hoping that learning how to cook will increase the health of the local community as well as teach them more about nutrition and how to prepare raw ingredients. The role would require teaching people how to cook safely and helping with food preparation to promote healthy eating.
