We are looking for someone who has a passion for ironing, particularly baby clothes and bedding items as every week we have a huge amount of donations which cannot be steamed due to size (small & large). This role can be actioned at home or in our store, whichever is convenient. The role involves ironing goods, quality control, labelling and sizing baby grows and vests, folding the items neatly to store in the shops until needed on shop floor.

Organisation aims and objectives

Kidzeco is a community interest company that recycles good quality children's goods i.e. prams, buggies, clothes, books, furniture, toys and more. We also run classes on various forms of crafts, including jewellery making, knitting and patchwork. We are based in Bathgate and have only been opened since February 2010. The profits made through sales are returned to the community to help develop other charities and projects that benefit the local community. We have helped volunteers and customers to raise funds for different events in aide of different causes, and we are always looking for ideas. The newest part of our service is the community room. The community room is used for different things such as children's parties and weekly children's services e.g. babies music classes.
