Dundee City Council's Communities Section of Neighbourhood Services provide term-time after school and evening groups and holiday programmes for 5 - 11 year olds. Providing children with opportunities to participate within a range of learning and fun activities, they are encouraged to become full participants in the activity decision-making to enable them to have ownership over their group.
You will provide support to the children's workers to deliver a quality programme. You will be highly supported and supervised, yet have lots of opportunities to take forward your own pieces of work with children if you wish.
Children's clubs are held in eight Dundee City Council community centres and projects across the City: Ardler Complex, The Crescent, Charleston Community Centre, Douglas Community Centre and at one of the council partners organisations on the Hilltown - The MAXwell Centre.
Centre and project Management Groups work in partnership with Dundee City Council in the eight venues across the city.
