Description

The Garden at The Moray Resource Centre provide a welcoming outdoor space for people to enjoy and also to use and learn new skills. Tubs, containers and raised beds all need help, as well as maintaining patio areas and plantings. Growing seedlings also is encouraged -- and there are purpose built greenhouses on site. The Garden is an oasis in a busy city and a wonderful part of the Resource Centre. It is completely maintained by volunteers and clients.

Organisation aims and objectives

Moray Resource Centre is a service for people with physical and sensory disabilities, therefore the aims and activities are determind by the clients who use our service. With the support of a keyworker, the client is encouraged to look at all the options for their future, both on site and in their local enviroment, this includes leisure, education and employment.
