Please note, organisations are currently experiencing a large volume of enquiries from people looking to help out. They may not always be able to meet this demand so please be patient, you may not receive a quick response or be assigned to a role.


To assist in the operation of HCL services in a flexible, multifunctional approach. To drive HCL vehicles as required. To provide any necessary assistance for passengers before, during, or after travel consistent with their transport needs. To utilise the equipment provided correctly to ensure passengers travel safely and comfortably. Take responsibility for the daily upkeep of their vehicle and equipment. Fault reporting is required. The completion of necessary paperwork and collection of fares and delivery of fares and driver sheets to the office.

No more than 3 points on your license.
Experience required: Hold a clean, full driving license with minimum B entitlement for at least 2 years. A good knowledge of West Lothian. Ability to relate to elderly and/or disabled people. Good communication skills.
