All volunteers will work in a team with the Volunteer Coordinator to plan and deliver the craft sessions. Materials etc will be provided however you may be asked to purchase some of the materials yourself – you will be reimbursed for this upon presenting a valid receipt. You will be given the opportunity to lead on sessions if you are confident in this. Working with members of the community, you will be an approachable, lively and helpful volunteer who is ready to support the children, engage with the family and provide a fun atmosphere were children can take part in activities or enjoy free play.

Due to the Coronavirus there will be social distancing measures in place, as well as hygiene measures in line with public health advice, to ensure volunteers and group users are safe. These measures will have to be followed by volunteers as well as other measures detailed within our Covid 19 policy and in line with risks assessments also carried out. For any volunteer who is not sure of these measures or has any questions, then please get in touch. Anyone who would be considered at high risk if they contracted virus, unfortunately you will not be able to volunteer with us at present, however we would still welcome an application form from you in order that we have your details of file and can contact you at a later stage
