Themed Nights Group Facilitator

  • VO57240

This opportunity is for our THEMED NIGHTS GROUP where people with additional support needs meet monthly to participate in pre-arranged themed social activities e.g. Superheroes Theme Night, that help them improve their confidence and social skills through engaging in group activities in a safe environment.

Along with a team leader the facilitator will demonstrate their own willingness to be involved in activities, encouraging group members to participate, engage socially, demonstrate appropriate behavior and promote an inclusive culture.

The facilitator will also have the opportunity to assist the team leader in planning and preparing activities, engaging with participants, providing refreshments and preparing feedback at the conclusion of the session. There may be some petty cash-handling involved.

Organisation aims and objectives
