Description

Volunteers are asked to join in all activities and usually lead the activity.

In the Nicolson Institute gym, we play various sports but also do line dancing, trampolining etc.

In the Church hall we have a programme of work including crafts, games and cookery.

The Club is social membership and once a year we hold a Christmas party. We also celebrate other dates with Easter cards and Halloween activity.

To provide an activity evening for disabled adults to allow mixing of abled and disabled adults in a range of different activities.
