Description

The sort of tasks our volunteers will undertake include - moving light furniture, fitting shelves, changing tap washers, cleaning windows, changing curtains, emulsioning, glossing and paper hanging as well as gardening work.

Working across the voluntary, public and private sectors, we aim to raise the profile of volunteering as a powerful force for change in people's lives. We also offer a volunteer recruitment service to appropriate organisations and provide information and advice to prospective volunteers.

Restrictions

Experience required: Volunteers don't require any specific skills e.g painting, decorating, joinery, gardening etc but they do need to enjoy doing these things and working with elderly people.
Travel details: Inverness and surrounding area. Transport provided to jobs.
Minimum age: 16
