The opportunity will involve some or all of the following; Preparation of tables; place settings, knifes, forks etc. prior to ROAR Club commencing; Food service; plating the pre-cooked hot lunch/snacks. Serving food to club members; clearing tables; washing/drying dishes; assisting with the club health and social activity programmes; to support members to be as independent and well connected within their local community as they can

Restrictions

Volunteers must undergo certificated Food Hygiene Training provided by ROAR
Experience required: A high standard of communication and interpersonal skills; empathy, understanding and a general awareness of the support needs of our older clients; the ability to liaise and build effective working relationships with a range of people.

Maximum age: 18
