Menu Planner/Food Purchaser/Cook

  • VO41522

You will be required to produce a 3 course lunch within a limited budget, ready at a given time. You will need to produce this on the premises (but this point will be discussed).
You could either plan the menu, purchase the food and cook yourself, or work in conjunction with the Team Leader who meanwhile produces the meal (but is looking for help, occasional or regular relief and eventual replacement). You would need to consider the preferences of the clients (plain and tradistional but healthy, attractive and tasty) while planning the menu. You would have help in food preparation and clearing up. You are required to work within "Cooksafe" rules and make weekly recordings for Food Safety and Hygiene rules. You are welcome to enjoy your own cooking! and eat with the clients.
