Becoming a volunteer/private driver will allow people who for any reason cannot use public transport, to have a more enjoyable social life, our 2x7 seater vehicles can also take 2 wheelchairs, and can be used for any journeys from Berwickshire.

Experience required: Must have a clean driving licence and enjoy working with people both able and disabled.
Travel details: One bus is stationed in Duns the other is in Eyemouth.
Minimum age: 25

Support

Expenses details: Expenses are paid for travelling to uplift minibuses if you live outside Duns or Eyemouth
Training details: Volunteers will be given full training in the driving of a minibus the use of wheelchair lifts and any other duties deemed necessary
