Volunteer Fundraising Administrator

This is a very important and meaningful role and a great opportunity to support Leonard Cheshire's residents. Tasks include working with the Volunteer Co-ordinator to arrange regular street collections by volunteers; administer the collection and return of collection cans in the community and in local shops, count the collection money and maintain basic spreadsheets (training given if required). All money raised in the region is spent in the region.

To assist people with disabilities throughout the world, regardless of their colour or creed, by providing the conditions necessary for their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.


Experience required: We are looking for a reliable, honest, diligent and personable volunteer who will present the charity in a positive light when out and about in the community.
Travel details: Most tasks are during the summer months but collection cans are placed all year round.
Minimum age: 16

Training details: Basic on-line or paper Induction modules are optional for this role and a host of other free of charge training courses are available for personal development
