Management group members are required, age 16+, to join the Highwayman Local Management Group. Working in partnership with Dundee City Council's Communities Section of Neighbourhood Services, the Local Management Group plays an important role in the partnership through acting as a 'voice' for the people of Hilltown - a key factor in making sure we are offering activities, events and services etc. in response to the expressed needs and aspirations of the Hilltown community.

The management group meets once a month usually the second Monday of the month between 3.15pm and 5pm in the Hilltown Community Centre. The level of commitment from LMG members varies, depending on each individual's personal life and all members can access training, as well a range of voluntary work opportunities. There are opportunities to join sub-groups (e.g. fundraising) and all members have the opportunity to access training, as well as access to a range of voluntary work opportunities.
