Description

Tayside Re-Users need volunteers who can fix furniture. Furniture repairers play an important role in ensuring that many items which would otherwise be thrown away are recycled and sold in their shop. If you have a background in furniture repair or joinery, this role is perfect for you! Or come and learn some new skills in sanding, painting and varnishing.

Organisation aims and objectives

Established in 1995 it diverts unwanted items from landfill for reuse and recycling, offers employment, volunteering and training opportunities to young people and others who struggle to secure work and provides low cost or no cost household items to people on fixed or low incomes.
