Description

Receptionists are responsible for greeting clients and making them feel at ease. They must be friendly, welcoming, non judgemental, discreet, sensitive, honest and trustworthy. In house training will be given. Excellent communication skills could be enhanced and opportunity to be involved in the Voluntary Sector for development and experience.

Organisation aims and objectives

Relate Forth Valley provides support to people in Relationships that are undergoing difficulties. We counsel across the community spectrum including ethnic minorities, couples, single and separated divorced persons, and people in same sex relationships. We provide family support to help ensure a stable home life for the children where conflict and stress are relieved through counselling. We also support people undergoing mental health and physical health conditions. We also provide psychosexual therapy.

Experience required: Non judgemental, warm, friendly and welcoming attitude. Good interpersonal/communication skills, both written and oral.
Travel details: Relate Forth Valley work from 3 centres in Falkirk, Alloa and Stirling. All are within easy access to motorways, bus and train services.looking for people especially in Alloa and Falkirk.
Minimum age: 16

Support

Training details: Training with an experienced Receptionist. Overseen by management team.
