Description

The project is looking for interested individuals to help lead short health walks lasting between 30 - 60 minutes within the local area. Each walk has at least two leaders, one for the front and one for the back to help motivate and encourage the less experienced walkers. Walk leaders make a valuable contribution to the project and help others become more physically active. They have the opportunity to keep fit and active too!

Organisation aims and objectives
