Mid-Week Reserve Assistant (Baron's Haugh)

  • VO32870

Description

Volunteers will learn about reserve management and become part of a small team and learn about the running of the reserve. Volunteers will have the chance to enjoy the reserve and to build up skills. This is an excellent chance to make a genuine contribution to wildlife conservation. You will gain a valuable insight into the workings of Europe’s largest conservation charity.

This is a great opportunity to make a difference on a nature reserve near you. Our work helps maintain and improve valuable habitats for wildlife and an important resource for the local community. It will be a chance to get to know part of your local environment, learn some new skills and about nature conservation. All of that whilst being out in the lovely outdoors and meeting new people.

The RSPB is the UK charity working to secure a healthy environment for birds and wildlife, helping to create a better world for all of us. We belong to BirdLife International, the global partnership of bird conservation organisations. Your time and skills could make a real difference to the work of the RSPB and it would be great if you could join us.
