Description

We require help to run a charity shop, completing a variety of retail related tasks as mentioned above. Training will be provided. You will be working alongside people with mild to moderate learning disabilities.

Organisation aims and objectives

PUSH is a charitable organisation which promotes person centred planning as we work for inclusion for people with learning disabilities. We are a small, dedicated & friendly team of staff & volunteers who work hard to help people with learning difficulties, their families, carers & support staff.

This is a short term venture, however if you enjoy working with PUSH then there are many other aspects to the organisation which requires the help of volunteers.

Restrictions

Experience required: Ability to organise, communicate and work alongside people.
Travel details: South Street, Perth

Support

Expenses details: Travel to and from PUSH as well as any expenses occurred while at PUSH and deemed suitable by the manager.
Training details: We do have training package that we ask volunteers to participate in, however, there has to be around 6 new volunteers in order for the training to be a success, therefore you may be volunteering with us for a month or so before the training starts.
