Description

The range of duties includes:

  • preparation of items for sale - sizing/pricing/steaming
  • serving in the shop, including manning the till
  • driving - if possible
  • shop window presentation

Organisation aims and objectives

The Salvation Army is a Christian organisation with a social concern. In Perth, we have a community programme that comprises of the 3:16 cafe and charity shop. We also provide a meal for senior citizens and we have a programme to feed people who are vulnerable. There is also an opportunity to help in our parent and toddler group.
