Friend of Corbenic

  • VO30255

Corbenic is a residential Camphill community. It is home for 27 people with learning disabilities who live in five households. Everyone is encouraged to participate in community life from the daily routine to the many celebrations and social activities that occur through the year. However, Corbenic's rual situation can restrict opportunities for people who live here to develop relationships with people who live in the wider community. This opportunity is part of the Corbenic Befriending Project and we hope that Friends of Corbenic may decide to befriend an adult with a learning disability if they make a suitable connection.
