Description

Our volunteer Community Advocates help others who are struggling to have their voice heard in matters relating to their health and social care. They deliver an essential service across Aberdeenshire working with people who have a learning disability, mental illness or mental disorder such as an acquired brain injury or dementia.

Community Advocates help people get the information they need to make informed choices about their support and care. They then help them to put these decisions across to others.

Make this year the one that changes both your life and the life of those in the community who are struggling to have their voice heard. Check out our website and if you are interested in joining us please contact us for more information.
