Description

GP and Minor Injuries Centre - Stirling Health and Care Village.
We are looking for volunteers to fill the last few gaps in the volunteering rota. Volunteers are supporting NHS staff by monitoring the doors and greeting people who are attending their GP practice, the Minor Injuries Unit or X-ray. Volunteers ask people at the door to sanitise their hands and wear a face covering then direct them to the relevant reception area. The Centre is open between 8.30a.m. and 9pm. A blue IIR face mask must be worn and a Volunteer t-shirt is provided. The project is co-ordinated by the Retired and Senior Volunteer Programme (RSVP) but we welcome volunteers from younger age groups. RSVP is a project delivered by the national volunteering charity, Volunteering Matters.
