UKFCP Third Party Support Centre is established in March 2020 for the fight against Coronavirus COVID-19. We aim to ensure a safer community for Chinese people with great passion and dedication. We are now at the very CRUCIAL stage and we are looking for talents who could provide help for our community in your area and willing to address issues for the people in need.

*How to Apply Your Talents:

  • Provide general assistance to our national virtual Support Centre
  • Make notes on call log sheet and report form when receiving calls and emails
  • Be able to respond in caring manner, particularly talking with elderly or potential victims or witnesses who report hate incidents / crime
  • Redirect clients to relevant organisation for specific problems
  • Keep Centre Manager informed of any serious/ high level cases in a timely manner
  • Provide English-Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) interpretation

Organisation aims and objectives

We unite, support, develop and promote the Chinese professional community in the United Kingdom.


Experience required: - Trustworthy, organised, communicative and flexible with time. - Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese. - Team working and volunteer experiences are preferred.
Travel details: No travel required - home based volunteering.
Minimum age: 18


Training details: Excellent training and ongoing support is provided to all volunteers. All volunteers will be given induction on how the support centre operates and how to carry on routine tasks. Centre Manager will provide support all the time when the volunteer is carrying on the task.
