We are committed to supporting carers across Lanarkshire & volunteers are key partners in the success of our organisation and support all aspects of our work. Your contribution is key to supporting our services & the donation of your time, skills and experience is of invaluable benefit to us and the carers we support. We are looking for friendly individuals with a pleasant telephone manner.
When we want you
We are seeking volunteers that could support us from a home based role. (Equipment Supplied)
Wifi is essential for connection. Minimum commitment 4 hours per week.

What you will be doing
Calling carers accessing our Lanarkshire Carers Call Service at various agreed intervals i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly
Providing information to carers that would otherwise be isolated
Electronically documenting conversation
Refer any concerns to Volunteer Development Worker
