Description

Aerial Art House is currently looking for a volunteer to assemble and submit grants requests for our community projects.

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify sources of funding and grants that match the company’s objectives
• Write high quality and winning grant proposals
Requirements:
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Result oriented and persuasive
• Good interpersonal skills
• Prior experience of fundraising is desirable but not compulsory

Organisation aims and objectives

Aerial Art House is Circus Arts and Fitness Center running activities such as circus classes, workshops and clubs for benefit of local community. We are aiming to tackle mental health and physical well-being issues by providing opportunities to take part in Circus, Art and Fitness classes and workshops.

5 to 10 hours a week (work to be handed in at the end of every week).

Travel details: Possibility to work from home (work to be handed in by the end of every week) after the first few weeks of training, that will take place at: Aerial Art House 40 Restalrig Drive EH7 6JF EDINBURGH
Minimum age: 20

Expenses details: No expenses paid.
Training details: You will be introduced to the venue and to all activities we run. We will talk you through the projects we have in mind. We will provide feedback on any proposal you will write.
