The Starfish Way is looking for mentors to work on a 1-2-1 basis with our fabulous young people with varied additional support needs. Based at Megginch Castle Estate and/or Perth we seek Mentors who are empathetic and patient with an understanding of the challenges faced by young people experiencing a variety of additional support needs without preconception or judgement. Organisation aims and objectives

The Association was set up to advance the mental, physical and spiritual welfare of young people between the ages of 14 and 25 by promoting the scheme of Awards known as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. In recent years, whilst maintaining the core function of the Association we have focused our activities on provision of support and experiential learning for targeted groups of young people with Additional Support Needs (ASN).
