Description

The Housing Association has ground maintenance crew who cut the grass and hedges and do the 'big stuff', however, some parts of the gardens need some TLC. There are raised flower beds which need attention and pots which have been neglected. The volunteer would be able to put their own stamp on it

Restrictions

Experience required: Needs to be comfortable in the company of older adults, some who have dementia, and some knowledge or experience or willingness to keeping gardens tidy, managing plants and pots
Travel details: The gardens are at St Mary's Gardens Sheltered Housing . Volunteer will manage their transport. Expenses equivalent to bus fare will be reimbursed
Minimum age: 18
