Description

The primary aim of Muirhead Outreach Project is to support vulnerable children, young people and their families through difficult, chaotic times with an aim of assisting them to remain at home, and to refer on to other professional agencies when necessary.

Working alongside our Fundraising Development Officer, you will be involved in organising events, attracting sponsors by raising awareness of the organisation through social media and connections with local businesses. Coming up with innovative ways you can think of to raise money that also involve the families we work with.

Organisation aims and objectives

At the Muirhead Outreach Project our mission is to keep families together in their communities through challenging times. By providing early interventions (through 1-2-1 support and group work) we want to reduce the need for children to have to spend time in residential care.
