Description

Founded by Angie-Leigh McPike, the Ayrshire Women’s Hub is a community interest group. The aim is to open a warm, friendly walk-in premises in Ayr, where women can go to socialise, learn and empower each other through our free workshops, surgeries and classes.

General administration duties
Answering the phone
Greeting customers at reception
Sending emails
Filing & photocopying
Basic book keeping & accounts

Organisation aims and objectives

To support vulnerable women by advising/referring them on to 3rd sector organisaitons. -Through assessment and links with local 3rd sector links . To empower women and young people moving forward from difficult situations. -Through Creative Workshops To educate young adults on healthy lifestytles. -Through basic skills develpment classes

Restrictions

Experience required: Microsoft office experience would be an advantage but not essential Some basic book keeping & accounts experience desirable
