An exciting opportunity to be a part of supporting individuals to re-engage with their community via groups and activities and one to one peer support. You will, yourself, have the opportunity to try new things and learn new skills. Great development opportunity with benefits.

Accompanying individuals to attend groups and activities in their community.
Liaising with the Social Prescribing Development Worker.

Health in Mind promotes positive mental health and wellbeing in Scotland. Our team of professional support staff and committed volunteers work in partnership to deliver a unique and wide ranging mix of individual and group support services.

Restrictions

Experience required: You must be motivated and engaged in the activities and the individual. You must be kind and compassionate and non-judgemental. Good listening skills. No previous experience required as training and development support will be provided.
Travel details: Borders wide (outreach work)
Minimum age: 18
