Crowd fund laptops to help students at a school in Africa get online for job search & to create their own start-ups. Tasks: Social media plan for campaign to target organizations and individuals, Social media content for FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, manage posts and interactions, Build a list of target corporate organisations that can be potential donors, create communication for them and communicate with them, In return get a certificate of appreciation.

This is going to be a 3-5 hours a week commitment for the duration of the campaign – 4 to 6 weeks.

Restrictions

Experience required: Desire to make a difference, Familiarity with using social media: facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, Desire to learn and be resourceful in looking for solutions, Has the tenacity to find a way out compared to giving up when there is no clear cut way forward.
Travel details: Online, remote working so anywhere the volunteer would like to work from.
Minimum age: 24
