This role will involve the following tasks;
• Internal customer problem support and resolution
• System and network support and administration
• System monitoring and response to issues.
• Cloud tenant administration

Bethany Christian Trust exists to relieve the suffering and meet the long-term needs of homeless and vulnerable people. Our vision is that through Christian love in action homelessness will be reduced and vulnerable people empowered to live independently within society. Bethany operates services that take people from homelessness through to managing their own tenancy and building positive friendships.

Restrictions

Experience required: Bethany has a wide range of hardware and software. The volunteer should have some experience of IT systems of this complexity and feel confident using and advising on them. The volunteer should also be willing to expand their current IT knowledge. The volunteer should be personable and organised.
