Description

Join our exciting Hearing Forces project, which is providing support to veterans aged 65+, who have hearing loss or tinnitus and their families and carers. It's a great opportunity to meet veterans in a variety of settings and assist with hearing screening, information and hearing aid maintenance.
You’ll also advise about helpful equipment and signpost veterans to many other services that may support them.

Organisation aims and objectives

Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNID) represents the 945,000 people across Scotland who are deaf or have hearing loss. We work in communities around Scotland to support people with hearing loss including hearing-aid care and specialist employment support. We also campaign for equal access to employment, health, entertainment and to improve standards in audiology care.
