Environmental volunteering in the Fleet valley

  • VO74948

Description

The Fleet valley volunteers extend a warm welcome to all new volunteers.
We work every Wednesday morning on projects in the Gatehouse area. This includes looking after the Town Hall garden, maintaining local core paths and paths in Cally woods, beach cleaning, as well as work with other bodies such as the Galloway Fisheries Trust, Scottish Wildlife Trust, Scottish Natural Heritage and Cally Gardens. These opportunities are enjoyable and rewarding.
