Description

Lead Scotland, is a voluntary organisation set up to empower disabled young people and adults and carers across Scotland to access learning opportunities.

Lead Scotland is looking for two volunteers to support learners with basic computer skills in the ABERDEEN City Centre area. All volunteers are greatly appreciated and provided with excellent support. If you or someone you know would like to volunteer with us please contact Marie at mlaw@lead.org.uk

Flexible times available. All help is greatly appreciated.

Restrictions

Experience required: Commitment to Lead Scotland vision, mission and policies.
Travel details: Aberdeen City
Minimum age: 16

Support

Expenses paid: Yes
Expenses details: Public transport is encouraged and repaid at cost on provision of receipts. Mileage is payable at 40p per mile with prior agreement of the Learning Coordinator and Regional Development Manager. Expenses are processed once per month and payments are made by BACS.
Taster available: Yes
Training details: Excellent support and relevant training provided to all volunteers. Includes Induction training covers relevant policies, risk assessment and administrative processes. Ongoing support includes informal support and supervision. Relevant and incidental training is also available as required or as opportunities arise.
