Be a Fundraising Support Volunteer
This is an exciting opportunity for you to get involved by supporting our fundraising team. We support and arrange a large number of fundraising activities, events and collections across the country. We know everyone is different and will try to tailor the volunteering opportunity to suit you, your time and your skills. Typical tasks may include:

Organising collections on behalf of the
Red Cross
Supporting with Red Cross week
fundraising activity
Arranging your own fundraising activities
or events with other volunteers and
Generating interest in your community in
what we do and how they can help
Actively supporting or organising support and participation at events, walks,
marathons and collections
What we offer:

Training details: As a Red Cross volunteer you can proudly say you are part of the world’s largest humanitarian network. We expect all our staff and volunteers to uphold our Fundamental Principles http://www.redcross.org.uk/About-us/Who-we-are/The-international-Movement/Fundamental-principles Induction and training When you start your role, you will be introduced to your line manager who will discuss the role with you. We will ask you to complete our British Red Cross Foundation Course e-learning which gives you an overview of what we do and covers basic health and safety information. There will also be other training specific to your role.
