Description

A Refurb Assistant at the Turing Trust will be taught all of the procedures we implement to restore a donated PC into a brand new elearning machine. The main tasks involved in the role include: computer repair, computer wiping, data management, PC installation, stock management and a variety of others. In this opportunity you will learn a huge amount about PC repair, maintenance and data management.

Restrictions

Experience required: A background in IT would be helpful although not essential as full training will be given.

Training details: Training is continual over the first few months of volunteering.
