The bridge club offers activities ranging from sport to social development. In order to fulfill that potential in young people we need volunteers from various backgrounds and interests.
The volunteers role in the club can include
-art & craft sessions
-promoting social development
-encouraging a healthier lifestyle
-support and advice
The aims of the bridge community centre are -to provide young people with a safe place to meet and socialise. -to help young people benefit from positive experiences. -to help young people develop self-confidence/personal skills. -to engage young people.
Experience required: A volunteer should ideally have an interest in working with young people and be fully committed to their well-being. Volunteers should be flexible, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour.

Expenses details: Public transport rates will be paid. Petrol mileage rate to be confirmed.
Training details: The volunteer will receive an induction into the club, youth in the community, LHYCA & YMCA. The training will include skill-seeking, child protection, ono to one supervision and peer supervision.
