  • VO72641

Our admin systems are computer based and increasingly will be available to members on mobile and tablet. Our office wants to be accessible and helpful for the whole community - some are not online, some cant deal with forms, some want to know how much is in their account, etc. Your role will be member-facing on telephone or "in person" in the office. You may do general office tasks like data entry or filing or scanning when phones are quiet. You may have an aptitude or experience to take on more responsible roles-like credit control, loans processing etc.
