Moray School Bank are looking to expand our team of volunteers! As part of our new project, ‘It
Takes a Village’ (ITAV) we aim to improve and build community connections across Moray.
Alongside our school uniform referral programme and other existing services, we will be looking into
ways of promoting recycling of school uniform and other clothing items to reduce waste and ease
financial costs for all families. For us to be able to achieve our aims, It Takes A Volunteer!
We have a host of roles and opportunities to suit all types of volunteers and there is the flexibility
and options of booking 2-hour slots (an ideal taster session!), volunteering from your own home or
come and join a community group! If you are enthusiastic and willing to learn new things, full training
and support to develop new skills will be provided and if you already experienced, we would love to
have your skills to share.
Current roles include; Donation Processing volunteers, Winter Campaign volunteers, Events &
Fundraising, Social Media volunteers, Youth Volunteer Team, Community Garden volunteers and
Mini-Bus drivers.
If you would like any further information on any of the roles or would like to book a session, this can
be done via our website www.morayschoolbank.org or by emailing our Volunteer Coordinator,
