Description

The British Heart Foundation are looking for volunteers who love to chat, can talk about anything and everything, and are outgoing and enthusiastic. If this sounds like you then the British Heart Foundation would love to hear from you.

Customer Service Volunteers will speak to customers, make them feel welcomed, help them find the things they're looking for and inform them of the BHF's life saving heart research. The shop is always kept fresh looking and inspiring, and volunteers will help thank everyone who brings in their donations and custom. Come and be part of your local team and learn customer service skills and gain experience. Don't worry if you are not a confident speaker, with this role all you need is a welcoming and helpful attitude.

Volunteers will receive a thank you discount of 25% off any donated stock.

Our vision is a world without heart and circulatory diseases. We raise money to research cures and treatments, so we can beat heartbreak forever.

Few hours per week. Rota system will be put in place to suit volunteer and organisation.

Restrictions

Volunteers must be 16yrs or over. However volunteers who are 15 years old can be accepted if doing their Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Experience required: No experience required, just have to have a welcoming and helpful attitude.
