Community Fundraiser

Description

This role involves coordinating and participating in fundraising events to raise funds and awareness for the Teapot Trust. Participating in a challenge and getting sponsored, organising your own fun fundraising event, or coordinating public collections are just some ways to help us continue our services. Why not host a tea party, organise an art exhibit, or run a marathon – whatever you fancy – to have fun while raising money for a great cause! We will provide support, guidance, and promotional materials to help you along your fundraising journey and are always happy to discuss ways you can become a member of Team Teapot.

Organisation aims and objectives

The Teapot Trust provides a nationwide programme of art therapy and creative interventions to support the wellbeing of chronically ill children, young people and their families in hospitals. Our work aims to build resilience in children with chronic illness by encouraging them to express emotions, mentally overcome their condition and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
